My daughter, who was on the tiny novice team, was kicked out simply because the owner assumed I was posting mean hateful things about her and her company on social mediaShe took it upon herself to only assume that the things I "liked" on *** things I commented on, and the people I was friends with on social media was all out of hatred for her and her companyShe confronted me and my husband telling us she was just going to "call it as it is" and started accusing me of bashing her and the cheer company all over social mediaShe saw a conversation between a friend and meShe said our conversation was bashing her and RccNever once in our conversation did me or my friend ever say anything about Rcc, the owner, athletes or coachesAgain she just assumedWhat it came down to was she told us we were done and she was going to cut us a checkMy husband stepped up and said, "No we paid for our daughter to train and she needs to do just that"The owner was not taking that answer

After our cheer competition on 2/12/the pictures below were posted by the other gym owner and the other teams parents on social mediaOur kids were made to bow down even if they initially didn’t didn’t want to or thought it was wrong with ammo athletes and parents laughing at them and other gyms standing around watching thisCompletely humiliatingMy kid bows down for no man...periodMuch less a team we beat last weekendOver half of the parents were beyond pissedWe all decided to leave the venue and schedule a meeting to discuss as a group the next day after we all had a while to decompress and calm downThe gym owner refused and began having other coaches send harassing texts to usThe gym owner told us many times that her time and energy was too valuable to spend talking to us at a meeting when the teams had practice that dayShe then started trying to bully the parents and wanted to call us out on our private Revolution Cheer Company (RCC) gym FB groupShe ultimately wanted us to talk to her individually that night over the phoneMy husband called her and was trying to voice our concernsShe was literally yelling at him and would not let him get a word in and even had the audacity to tell him "Well, I don't know what you're expecting but I'm not going to bow down and kiss your feetDon't bring your daughter to practice tomorrow." Then she hung up on him
In the month following this incident the owner of RCC filed an injunction against harassment on me in an attempt to intimidate and silence meI requested a hearing because there was no basis to her claimsAt the hearing the injunction was thrown out
