I was finally able to resolve the situation just last week. After just under 4 months of calling at least four times a week, I received a check for the agreed upon amount. If possible I would prefer that you continue with your inquiry to determine whether Mr. B[redacted] has an excuse for his absolutely terrible customer service and the repeated false claim that the check was in the mail (this claim was repeated at least 5 times over the course of several months before the check actually arrived).
