Revo Nails

Review: On November 19, 2013 I went to have a mani/pedi at Revo Nails where I have been going for the last 3 months. I was hesitant to go back since 3 weeks prior I got an infection on my big toe of me left foot that I treated with Neosporin. As I was getting my prdi the nail tech said that I should try to have my legs waved for $50 dollars. I decided to give it a try and what a nightmare. I went in to a small room where they did not change the towel on the bed and the pillow had no cover. it was not a clean room at all. The lady waxing my nails pulled some of my skin off around my right ankle. The next day I decided to go back and show that what happened and asked if it was normal for my legs to feel a little hairy still. they told me no and I asked if I could get a $50 gift card in exchange for what I went through. The manager said they could only give me $25 back. At that time the owner came in and I showed her what happened and she told me that I was a liar and I did that to myself. I asked her if she was willing to lose a customer over $25 and she said she did not care and that I was a liar.it was such an embarrassing and uncomfortable situation. I have never had that happen before. I work in sales and I know what it take to be successful.I would like to please check out the cleanliness and sanitation of this nail salonDesired Settlement: refund
