We performed the work contracted, which did not include weed control. The contracted product was 100% organic program that is not a quick fix plan. Contract details below. As far as billing:200 We billed for spring cleanup 200. no problems there.195
Fertilizer program (organic) of which we did 195.185 Overseeding did in spring. We do not refund, all it needed was water to germinate. 225 Dethatching - was done. There was little to no thatch when I was there. If the seed was watered this would have greatly increased the germination rate.345 Mulch - was done. Total 1150. You paid 1105. Balance to Revive Your Lawn 45.00. I did not charge you the additional for the extra yard of mulch that you already paid for. Consider that credited because you stated that it wasnt in the contract and you were not informed. I dont have a record of the team or Nick informing you. I just wanted to clarify that all the items you are requesting a refund for are non-refundable items according to our contract.There is no grounds for any refund however because the communications issues and the integrity of our company, I will refund a settlement amount of $300.00. In exchange I expect the issue to be dropped and for you to remove both the Revdex.com and any other reviews that include defamation and/or slander. If that is something you agree to then please agreed and I will issue a check todayAlso follow the advice I sent in my previous email with the next guy, and you can have a good lawn. I am rejecting this response because:Hi, I just got an email mail from Revdex.com saying that my complaint has been closed because you didn’t get a response from me about where I was satisfied with the resolution. However, I did contact Revdex.com to inform you that the seller contacted me privately and offered 300 asking me to take down my reviews. I’m obviously not satisfied with that proposed resolution.  I am sorry, my guys worked hard performing the work orders that you contracted with me.  according to our agreement, you still owe us $65.  I am really starting to feel that you are taking advantage of us.  My final offer is 265, which means I will send a $200 check to you because of your dissatisfaction.  I will require that the defamation be removed from all public rating sites.  Because I am trying to help you in the future, instead of a non-weed control organic program, I suggest a traditional program with weed control.  When we dethatch your lawn and seed it.  The seed you chose and our guys installed takes 21 days to germinate.  if you are unable to water for that amount of time there are some grasses that take only 7 days.  Or another option is to rent a watering system, we rent one that is on a timer, and doesnt need any attention.  I hope that helps and I wish you the best.
