The customer was shipped what I had on hand as quickly as possible The Invoice he was sent said the items were out of stock I am one guy, not a big company so i
only reorder about times a year He was told that when the items were restocked, I would send them
Over the period he complains about limited contact, I was gone working major trade shows in my business I was driving cross country and was either on the road or in a booth, from about Fed 12, to March
This information was on the website he ordered from, on the home page in BIG RED LETTERS for over months that I would be unavailable for that time period It was also mentioned on both of my facebook pages as well as a large heavily trafficked UBB Apparently this customer either did not bother reading any of that, or thought it didn't mean him
I did reply as best I could on the road to some of his emails, he would then just reask the same question I'm not sure how "your items are back ordered, I am out of town for several weeks." is confusing or vague as he complains He has now been refunded for his backordered items I also had numerous vehicle problems getting home which took up even more timeBased on the dates of his emails, he did not even ask for a refund until a few days before he filed this complaint It was a large order and he was only backordered, if I remember correctly items
The complaint is unfounded and had the man just read the home page this would have all been straightened out
I have confirmed I received my money back on my credit card in refund and am thankful for thatI am sorry I had to go via the Revdex.com to get my money back - the seller never replied to any messages I sent him for + month before I contacted Revdex.com and at that point we were nearing months since I placed the orderI do disagree with much of what the seller stated in his reply - he never clearly indicated the items were back ordered - his email communication was very inconsistent, incomplete and hard to followI did see his website back in February noting he was out of town for a period of time that month, but his last reply to me was after he returned from that tripAfter that I did not make a habit of frequenting his website or wasn't even aware his company had a Facebook pageAgain, he never clearly stated the unshipped items were backordered --- he once indicated he would "paint" a pair of natural color shoes "green" and I said that was fine and never heard anything again despite my attempts to contact him
