on the invoice that All Sales Final, No Exchanges No Refunds are clearly stated on the invoiceDuring the event that we were running in Stoughton the special prices were put into place & were drastically reducedWarranty issues & comfort exchanges have nothing to do with his transactionThe fact that *** ordered a mattress & then realized he needed rent money etc or somebody gave him a mattress unfortunately does not cancel the policy that we not only post but is written on his invoice
