According to our records, customer ordered our Skin Cream product on a 14 day trial basis back on 04/26/2017 and paid the shipping and handling fee of $4.95.The trial expired on 05/10/2017 and due to the fact that the customer didn’t cancel they were charged $89.95 for the original shipment.Customer had contacted our Customer Service on 05/10/2017 and requested for the subscription to be cancelled. We immediately granted the request and cancelled the account.Unfortunately, the customer’s account has been flagged as a chargeback for the disputed charges.At this time the chargeback processor and credit card companies will determine the legitimacy of the claim and be able provide any refunds as necessary.Please relay this message to our customer, and feel free to let us know if you should have any questions.

Revitalize is a huge scam and their response is completely inaccurate. I have my conversation with "[redacted]" recorded. I also have the emails I sent to this company. In all three of my calls, I clearly indicated I did not want their piece of crap product. I was also very clear about canceling the order before it was shipped to me.

Before customers commit to the 14 day free trial, they are required to read the terms and conditions clearly explaining that if they do not cancel their trial within 14 days of the order, they will be charged for the full product price and will remain enrolled on a monthly subscription to receive product, until they cancel. Customers are required to check the T&C's box, confirming these they have been read & agreed to Terms & Conditions, before a purchase is permitted. Company’s websites contain fully compliant and explicit terms & conditions on all pages & footer links of websites. Customer service phone numbers & emails are also provided on product labels. They are also provided on their credit card statement transactions. A emailed confirmation receipt containing our Customer Service phone number & an email is also provided, after each purchase. This ensures customers can always reach a live agent via multiple channels & sources of that info provided.According to the Company's records, the customer ordered our products on a 14 day trial basis back on 03/20/2017 and paid the shipping and handling fees of $4.95 and $4.99. The trial expired on 04/03/2016 and due to the fact that the customer didn’t cancel they were charged $89.95 and $88.10 on 04/03/2016 for the original shipments.
