Review: I ordered a free sample of Revita Eye anti-wrinkle crème, paying $5.95 S&H on January 21, 2015. The crème was shipped on January 23, 2015 and I received it on January 26th. A week later my account was charged $85.95. I called the Customer Service ([redacted]) and they said I had taken out “a monthly subscription”. The website where I ordered the “free sample” did not mention anything about a monthly subscription. They refused to do anything other than offer a 15% discount. When I asked to speak to a supervisor, they said no supervisors were available. Also, the phone was very hard to understand with a lot of background noise and voice distortions. This company is obviously engaged in deceptive advertising and sales practices. In addition to the complaints that Revdex.com has received, I found numerous other complaints about this company on other websites.
I have not received any additional product other than the first sample.Desired Settlement: Please credit my credit card with the $85.95.

Hello,We are in receipt of you complaint on behalf of the customer. We understand the customer frustrations and have responded
to the complaint by providing a full refund of $85.95 on 2/13/2015.
Please allow up to 10 business days for the credit to show. Also, please

the product, they will be charged on the card on file for a 30 day supply plus
shipping and handling. Usually, the customer must receive and RMA number from
the customer service department to return the product and they will then
receive a refund. Nevertheless, the customer account has been cancelled
and will no longer be receiving anymore products or be charged. It was stated
in the terms and conditions every customer agrees to before proceeding to check
out. The customer must call in and cancel their account before the 14 day trial
is over. If the customer fails to cancel their account, they will be charged
for the trial product and be subscribed onto our monthly subscription. Sincerely, Revita Eye

Review: I purchased the trial sample and followed the directions as indicated on the bottle. After using the product for a few days the product burnt my face around my eyes. My eyes became swollen and are starting to peal the dead skin away. I can't put anything on my face without it giving me a burning sensation. They say the product will give results in two weeks, however, I was not able to comes close to that due to the cream burning my face. I have used other products and also go to the dermatologist and I DO NOT have sensitive skin like the women indicated I did. I called the company to stop the product from being sent again and requested my account be cancelled. They said I have to pay for return shipment of the product back to their company. I don't think I should have to pay for a return of a product that is faulty. They should pay!Desired Settlement: pay for the product to be returned and send a return label in the mail or via email.

Hello,
Review: I ordered a free trial of Revita Eye on August 19, 2014, and paid for shipping and handling of $5.95. I received it in a very short time, but noticed no results, so I called and cancelled on August 29 according to my phone company’s printed records. This was certainly within the 14 day required cancellation period which states: “If you contact customer service to terminate your trial enrollment within 14 days of the date that you enroll in the Program, you will not receive any additional product and you will not be charged anything else.”
Revita eye claimed they received my cancellation on September 4. They charged my account $85.95. When I called Revita Eye they offered me a reduced price which I rejected. At the same time, their sister company Beau Derma did the same thing, but I had no way to contact them other than through the same phone number. I asked for proof that I had called on September 4, but they could only state that it was on their records. August 29 was a Friday. Even if they waited until Monday to post my cancellation it would have been within the 14 days. I contested the charge with my credit card company, but they chose to accept the cancellation date provided by Revita Eye, even with no proof of the date of the call.Desired Settlement: To abide by their stated cancellation policy and refund my payment of $85.95

Hello,
Review: this company's online ad offered Beau Derma and Revita Eye in sample form for postage only. The stress of the ad was that both products should be used together and the picture in the ad showed a couple of small containers. I received a rather large container of Beau Derma only and was told by their customer service that somehow I was a "subscriber" and if I wanted this jar of one product I would have to pay something like $37, then they offered it to me for $22 to save me the trouble of sending it back. They also said if I wanted Revita Eye I would have to order it separately. However, they were willing to cancel my "subscription" and I told them I did and they said I needed to return the product. So, so far, I have spent $4.95 on shipping to me and clearly I will have to spend the same amount to send it back. i.e. $9.90 for nothing. I think their advertising is a classic example of "bait and switch" relying on a number of optical illusions to give them a hole to slither out from.Desired Settlement: If they were to send me a sample of Revita Eye and allow me to keep what they did send me at no charge. Of course they would have to cease to consider me a subscriber because I made no such commitment to them.

Response:
Ideally, I would like what was offered i.e. a small sample of beau derma and of Revita Eye with no further charge. Since they have already sent me Beau Derma, all that remains is Revita Eye. However. since I am going on a trip shortly, I think I must return the Beau Derma before I leave Moreover, it was bigger than a sample. So bottom line, I would like to receive a small sample of each with no further charge. I would also like it if they would correct their false advertising.
Review: I ordered this product from an advertisement off the internet. It said to pay $4.95 for one product and $5.95 for the second. This is free you are just paying for shipping and handling. Try our product to see if you like it. I received both products in the mail and decided I would call and let them know I didn't like it and to cancel my order. I get my crdit card bill and it had the $4.95 charge and $5.95, which was ok, but then it went on to charge me $89.95 for one product and $85.95 for the other. I have called them 3 or 4 times to complain and they won't do anything about it because they said I should have cancelled within the first 14 days. I told them you don't even know if it works within 14 days. Anyway, I never even got the products they charged me for. The person told me that those charges were for the free trial products they sent me. I told her that the ad was very deceitful and I was going to report them to the Revdex.com, she hung up on me!Desired Settlement: I would like to have the $89.95 and $85.95 credited to my charge card. That's $175.90
Thank you for trying to help me.

Hello,
Review: I received a package from Revita Eye that I did not want. My credit card was charged $91.90. When I called customer service, they informed me that they could cancel "my account" now but that I still had to pay for the product that I received on approx 09/17/2014. The package is unopened and I wish to return the product and have my credit card credited with $91.90.Desired Settlement: I will return the unopened envelope with their product enclosed for a full refund.

Hello,
Review: I ordered my free trial of two products, RevitaEye and BeauDerma, skin care products advertised with what appeared to be an endorsement by [redacted]. I paid $4.99 for each product to cover shipping and handling. There were no further details or conditions listed on the website I received sample sizes of each product with a brochure about what the products claim to do, but no real instructions. Although there were no purchase conditions stated, I know how these types of offers can lead to "automatic shipments", so I contacted the company through the email address on the accompanying brochure[redacted]@RevitaEye.com, and told them I did not want to participate in any autoship program and did not authorize any further charges. This was done within 5 days of receiving the products. A week later, exactly 14 days from my initial order date, I saw 2 unauthorized charges on my bank statement; one for $85.99 and a second one for $89.99. I immediately called RevitaEye and was told that the free trial was for 2 weeks, that the trial had expired at midnight the night before and that my email was not the correct protocol for contacting them to opt-out. The phone representative would do nothing, did not offer an opportunity to return the product, even though they state a 30 day money back guarantee - because I hadn't correctly contacted them within 14 days. THe phone representative was rude and stated that they could not guarantee that I wouldn't continue to be charged or receive future products
Buyer beware. There was no fine print to read listing any of these conditions. I contacted my bank and they said they could not remove the charges, but would not authorize any future attempts to charge my card by this company.Desired Settlement: SInce the company listed an email address on the brochure that accompanied the product, I feel they should honor my cancellation/no authorization to charge my bank account for the product and credit my account for the $85.99 and $89.99 that they took.

Hello,
Review: I requested a trial of beauderma cream and eye refresh through a company named Revita Eye via internet. The trial cost of the beauderma was $4.95 and $5.95 for eye refresh. Subsequently, without consent, I was enrolled into auto processing of the products trialed. I did trial the products and was disappointed. If I liked the product I would simply order the products on my own accord, not through an auto processing program. As a result, charges on my credit card have accumulated because of the auto processing program. A total of $736.30 was charged to my credit card for products I did not want. I was unable to resolve the charges with the merchant and disputed them through my credit card company. I received $357.75 credit. However, the merchant is withholding $378.55 of my money for shipping and restocking fees. I have returned all of the products received in full. Cost of shipment back to merchant less than $5. It is not hundreds that the merchant is withholding from me. On July 16th, 2015, I asked customer service agent from Revita eye to speak with a management, she states, " we cannot have you speak with one at the moment you'll have to speak with me first". As a result, I was not able to speak with management. Further, customer service has been providing conflicting and misleading information. For example, customer service states only $85.00 has been credited to my credit card, contrary to records and statements provided by the credit card company. Traveling is required in my profession, thus, the charges were not caught in a timely fashion. Misinformation, poor customer service, and money withheld from me, are grounds for this report.Desired Settlement: As I have returned all of the product received from Revita Eye, I would like to receive a refund in full to my credit card provider. This not including the cost of the trial because that was on my own accord ($10.90).

Review: Company has wrong contact information on file, even my shipping address is wrong. Never received any products and I never ordered any products. Been disputing charges with them that occurred March 14, 2015. Customer service representatives say over and over that refunds are not authorized and any charges made are consumer errors. Refused refund without return of products that were never received. Automatically charges bank account double charges that were not authorized. Customer service is rude, does not speak English fluently, does not know company location, and refused to help due to customer service representatives not having access to information, and company does not have a supervision level to speak with.Desired Settlement: Have the charge of $4.95, $5.95, and $85.95 returned immediately to my account as these have not been authorized and be blocked from future charges. The company should also be required to disclose ALL charges to include not being able to cancel within the 14 day trial period which is actually only 6-8 days long depending on when products arrive IF they even arrive because they require a full membership charge to be paid PRIOR to canceling memberships even if the membership was never authorized.

Hello,
Review: I paid postage for a "free" sample of RevitaEye. I--and many others, as I see from the internet complaints--did not see the tiny, pale gray print at the end of large, bold black and color print that said unless I would call to cancel within 14 days, they would charge me $85.95. I did not see that tiny pale print, and did not call. It was only when I got my credit card statement that I knew of the charges. I called to complain, but the only number that is provided is one in which a person can cancel. No other option is available, and no personal contact is possible. I did cancel before a second shipment could be sent--I thank God for that--but I did not return the product within 30 days because I did not even know I had to! I tried to do that, but I reached the post office after the truck had picked up the day's mail! Therefore, I cannot get a refund at all. I thought it was a "free" sample that the company hoped I would re-order if I liked the wonderful results the ad assured us would occur. (Yes, I know now. Gullible.)Anyway, I am writing to complain of that tiny, pale gray print that many people have not seen. It is in deliberate contrast to the large, bold, very dark or very colorful print. It takes up such a tiny space at the very end of the lengthy ad that one does not even notice it's there. That is deceptive advertising.Desired Settlement: I would like a full refund of the $85.95, plus a requirement that their terms at the very end be in black print in larger font.

Review: I filed a complaint against Revita Derma this morning. When I did the free trial I conveniently hit a button that ordered the free trial of Revita Beau. It also add a Shipping protection charge of $1.99 to make sure it was handled correctly. I tried to go back and take those two charges off of my bill and it wouldn’t let me. I figured for free shipping I would try it out. I paid postage for a "free" sample. I calIed to complain and get a refund. She at first said they do not give refunds but after 20 minutes on the phone she offered to give me 35 % refund. So out of $89.95 I am only entitled to get $31.47 back? I did cancel before a second shipment could be sent. I have not returned the product yet because I did not even know I had to! I would like to do that but can’t find an address to send it to and since they are from two different companies like they said so it would be two separate addresses. I thought it was a "free" sample that the company hoped I would re-order if I liked the wonderful results the ad assured us would occur. Anyway, I am writing to complain of that tiny, pale gray print that many people have not seen. It is in deliberate contrast to the large, bold, very dark or very colorful print. It takes up such a tiny space at the very end of the lengthy ad that one does not even notice it's there. That is deceptive advertising. I see that many people are filing the same types of complaints. These people are true scam artists. I have also seen that people have canceled their orders and still continue to get billed. I want send this product back and I would like a full refund of my money.
Anyway I would like to file a complaint against revita beau. When I called the company yesterday they said they are two separate companies. I find this hard to believe since the labels on the two products are identical and have the same logo. When I look up Revita Beau the company doesn’t come up. Revita eye does come up which is in Santa Ana California. Which is the same place Revit Derma is. Is this the same company and they are just changing there name because they keep scamming people.?I just need to know who to file the complaint with pleaseDesired Settlement: I want a correct address to send the two products back since it was not included in my order confirmation/billing. I also want a full refund of $85.95 for the Revita Beau
Review: I NEVER RECEIVED THIS PRODUCT... I CANCELED THE ORDER AS SOON AS I SAW CHARGES ON MY BANK ACCOUNT! I NEVER RECEIVED THE PRODUCT AND KINDLY ASKED FOR MY MONEY BACK BUT THE REFUSED. STATED I HAD TO RETURN THE PRODUCT. WELL THERE ARE THIEVES IN THIS WORLD AND I EXPLAINED TO THEM I NEVER RECEIVED ANYTHING TO RETURN TO THEM . I CANCELED THIS ON THE 14TH DAY!! THIS WAS PART OF THE AGREEMENT! ALL I WANT IS MY MONEY BACK! -$85.95 THIS WAS CHARGED TO ME PLUS 5.95!Desired Settlement: NOTHING $0000000

This company is a scam, as well as its sister "Beau Derma". Their offer was for a free trial for 14 days. It caused redness, so I threw the product away, since it had been "free."
After hassling with BeauDerma on the phone for more than half an hour, I then hunted for a way to cancel Revitaeye, steeling myself for more of the same, since they both came from the same offer and have the same address.
I finally hunted for their website and found a "quick cancel option and was charged $42.75! This is outrageous for what was promoted as a "free" trial sample. I request a full refund, and will definitely call my credit card company about this, to augment this Revdex.com complaint.
Review: I purchase a product on line that was a trial offer. I was to cancel if not satisfied. There was not information sent regarding the time of cancellation. I call within 30 day to cancel my account and found that I was already charged for the full amount and also was charged for the next month and sent more product. When I call they did not want to refund my money for the trial product nor the next month's product. I had to resort to threats of contacting my credit card coming and the Revdex.com in order to get there attention and still only received a partial credit.Desired Settlement: I believe that companies should always stand behind their products, that they should be guaranteed for 60 days and refunds should be issued always for products not opened. Never should a company be able to just automatically be able to use your credit card to reorder product without the customer approval.

Hello,
Review: I ordered a trial order of Revita Eye online for the cost of shipping and handling only. I receiveid the product and paid S&H on my credit card. I then received another order of the product and another credit card billing for the full price of the product. I contacted the company and told them I did not order more and did not want it. After much discussion with the representative I was allowed to return the product and received a credit on my credit card. However on my next credit card bill I was again billed for the product. I received 1 product and was billed for 2 because the company said that I did not cancel my subscription with them in time. My credit card company would not let me dispute the charge as I had given them my credit card number originally. However they were aware of this practice by this company. They encouraged me to contact the Revdex.com. This company fraudulently advertized their product as a trial size and no where in the advertizement did it say that I was signing up for monthly issues of the product. They are very cagey and take advantage of people. At the same time I ordered on line Beau Derma face serum from a company with the same PO Box in Santa Ann, CA. [redacted]. Same issues. I am out $95 for each purchase, almost $200.Desired Settlement: I would like to get my money back! I would also like to have this company change its advertising to be more truthful. They should not be allowed to take advantage of people. I had no idea that the full price of the products were close to $100. I would never have ordered them if I did. I'm sure they are doing this to many people and it is not right. They are unscrupulous and should be stopped and/or put out of business.

Hello,
Review: I responded to an ad for a chance to try the product, Revitaeye free for just shipping and handling. I used the product for less than 2 weeks and it has caused second degree chemical burns to the area under both of my eyebrows. I looked online to find a customer c
r and found that there were similar complaints from others. I also found out that this company bills your credit card for a subscription fee of $85.95 which they say is non-refundable after 14 day trial period, but they fail to mention that the fourteen days started the day you ordered the product. I ask for the charge to be removed from my debit card and was then informed of this 14 day rule. The person I spoke with, [redacted], said that under the terms of the order that the 14 days were up and the money would not be refunded. I asked him to please cancel any further shipments and informed him that I was going to file a complaint for credit card fraud because I never authorized them to bill my credit card for an order. I have second degree chemical burns with blisters on my eyelids. I want that charge taken off of my debit card immediately. I am still considering litigation due to the burns, but I would appreciate it if they would just credit my debit card with the money. This company needs to be shut down.Desired Settlement: I would like the charge of $85.95 removed from my debit card. I think that is the least they can do for the pain and suffering I have endured because of their product.

Review: July 3, 2014, I purchased a "trial offer" of Revita Eye online for $5.95. At this time, the screen presented where I entered my name, address etc. did not reflect their "terms & conditions" as it does currently online now. (This screen has changed). They advertised a '30 day' trial. Therefore, when I received the product on July 7, 2014, I tried it out for approx. 15 days. I then called in to 'cancel' my subscription on July 22, 2014 - thinking I had until the 3rd of August to reply. Unbeknownst to me, I was informed I had only 14 days "from the date of ordering" to cancel. I was then billed $85.95, which I disputed through my credit card company. The following month, I am checking my credit card account and find "another charge" for $91.90 from this same company. A day or two later, another package arrives (same trial size bottle), which I immediately, noted all over the package that this had been cancelled, and refused to accept. It was mailed back to them the same day. This disputed charge is still pending with my credit card company.
This company deceives the consumer, and currently their site shows the "large" notice to read Terms and Conditions, which they did not reflect at the time I ordered. I have since
conceded the $85.95 charge, as dealing with these people are impossible! On top of it, their product "does not" do what they advertise!
I wish consumers out there to be aware of this company, and any other company online., They are not a reputable company in my opinion.Desired Settlement: To be rid of this company for their deceiving tactics.
Since their site has since changed, I imagine they have already found the error of their ways. Sadly, I am the one that still has to pay.

I refused and ended the call.Desired Settlement: Send me a pre-paid return mail envelope and I will return the product. Also, change the advertising to clarify that this is a subscription offer.

Hello,
Review: Revita Eye is connected to Beau Derma which I already filed a complaint against and they have very misleading advertising for a 14 free trial that turns into a subscription. Many online stores advertise for them and do not explain the facts. I answered an ad for Beau Derma and AFTER I gave my credit card and information for the 14 day Beau Derma trial it asked if I would like to ad on A 14 day trial for this miracle eye cream called REVITA EYE FOR ONLY $5.95. I added the eye cream to my order and I looked all over to find what the actual cost of these products would be should I like them, but there was absolutely NO information and not the form they say you would have to have read before checking out if you call them. That form only appears on the exact url for their website but that is not how I purchased this eye cream. I had no idea it would be a subscription until I received the merchandise. When I called to stop the subscription I could not reach them and finally several days later I did reach them and after some heated words on their part, they gave me a 50% discount of $42.50 and said they would cancel future charges. I assume this goes on with everyone since they do not really give you a full 14 days to try the product since they count the day of your order as part of the 14 days. This scam allows them to buy everyone off with a 50% refund and they keep the other 50%. This is a scam run by both Beau Derma and Revita Eye and should be stopped.Desired Settlement: I want a full refund to my credit card
