To Whom It Concerns:In response to Revdex.com complaint [redacted] issued by [redacted] , we are writing off the $balance on the patient’s accountPlease see below an email I sent to the customerHi [redacted] My name is Alissa and I am the new [redacted] at ReVision LASIK and Cataract Surgery Center.We received your complaint from the Revdex.com and I tried to call you in response, but your voicemail message said your voicemail had not been set up so I am reaching out via email.Let me begin by sincerely apologizing for the miscommunication and confusion on the part of our company and our teamSecondly, apologies that your calls were not returned regarding the balance of $48.33.It is never our intention to mislead or be deceptive in our practicesIt should have been clearly communicated to you during your exam that a medical finding was present, and the resulting testing and exam would create a billable encounterSince it was not, I have instructed our billing department to write off the balance of $and of course the account will not be sent to collections.Finally, we are in the midst of extensive training in customer service and looking closely at our policies, procedures and who they serveWe will be using our encounter with you as a learning experience to do better in the futureIf there is anything more you would like to discuss or if there is any other way I can be of service to you, please contact me at the numbers below or via emailPlease contact me at the numbers below or via this email address if any further action is needed.Thank you, Alissa F [redacted]
