Revdex.com: I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted] , and have determined that this proposed action would not resolve my complaint For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below I signed up for a TRIAL order #and paid $1.95, $& $totaling $on 9/28/The only information about the products was a PACKING LIST with the following Aqua Refine Serum & Revine Eye Cream .On 10/13/my checking account was charged $I called three different customer service people who said that I am stuck with the charges because I didn't cancel right awayI spoke to [redacted] C at 877-493-As of today, 11/24/I'm still at a loss of They responded to a message from Andrew Turner @ Revdex.com serving San Diego, Orange & Imperial counties on 11/15/The company said that a refund dated 11/15/for the $would be provided in 3-business days TRANS ID : [redacted] I never received my refundThat is why I'm writing back to you Regards, [redacted]

Before customers commit to our 14 day free trial, our customers have to affirm and acknowledge the terms & conditions for our autoship program by marking the T&C check-boxes. According to our records,customer ordered our Skin Cream and Eye Serum on a 14 day trial basis back on 03/14/2017 and paid the shipping and handling fees of $5.95 and $4.95.The trial expired on 03/29/2017 and due to the fact that our customer did not contact us to cancel their trial they were subsequently charged for the original shipments on 03/29/2017 $98.66 for the Skin Cream and $97.43 for the Eye Serum.Due to no cancellation the autoship program took effect. The following month on 04/29/2017 the customer was charged for new shipments, $98.66 for the Skin Cream and $97.43 for the Eye Serum.Customer contacted our Customer Service on 05/04/2017 and requested for the Skin Cream subscription to be cancelled,which we did.The following month on 05/29/2017 the customer was charged $97.43 for a new shipment of Eye Serum.On 06/02/2017 our customer contacted our Customer Service and requested that the Eye Serum subscription be cancelled,which we immediately cancelled. However we feel for our customer’s concerns and do apologize for the inconvenience, thus we will be providing a full refund,$97.43 for the Eye Serum charged on 05/29/2017 for any misunderstanding when placing the order.Here is the refund confirmation: $97.43 Trans ID:[redacted] dated 06/07/2017. I signed up for a TRIAL order #481750 and paid $1.95, $4.95 & $5.95 totaling $12.85 on 9/28/2017. The only information about the products was a PACKING LIST with the following Aqua Refine Serum & Revine Eye Cream .On 10/13/2017 my checking account was charged $89.50. I called three different customer service people who said that I am stuck with the charges because I didn't cancel right away. I spoke to [redacted] C at 877-493-5827 As of today, 11/24/2017 I'm still at a loss of 89.50 They responded to a message from Andrew Turner @ Revdex.com serving San Diego, Orange & Imperial counties on 11/15/2017 The company said that a refund dated 11/15/2017 for the $89.50 would be provided in 3-7 business days TRANS ID : [redacted] I never received my refund. That is why I'm writing back to you.
