Exchange not processed, attempts at communication ignored
I have emailed Revice Denim a few times and haven't heard anything back. I am concerned about the lack of communication about my orders. It's a lot of money to me that I invested in the denim. I sent two returns in one package (shipping to California is very costly). I revcieved store credit for one of the items, but I wanted to exchange another one of the items and I have not heard back anything about the order. No shipping confirmation or acknowledgement of my exchange request or anything. It is as if they are pretending the order only had one pair of jeans in the package. Additionally, I have asked to change the size of a separate order before it ships and have not received any communication. I have reached out to them on their Instagram social media page and they have not responded to me. Additionally, I commented on a post asking them to please respond to my emails, and they hid my comment. I am very concerned that I will never receive either of my orders the exchange, or the correct size of the shorts I have ordered. It takes less than 5 minutes to respond to a customer and refusing to do so is unprofessional and petty. I want to know what's going on because I have been a loyal customer up until now and I have spent a significant amount of money on these two orders.
This is the last email I sent to them before being ignored on their social media page:
I received a refund for return #*** but I have not heard back anything about return #***. The two items were sent together under tracking #*** which has been delivered. I wanted to exchange return #*** for the same set of pants (the imagine crops) but in a size 31 instead.
I also wanted to modify order #XXXXX to a size 31. And I was wondering about the possible ship date of these shorts.

I would like a refund on my product as I had requested originally.
Revice, you have failed to answer the majority of my customer service emails. On May 16, I emailed you asking for a refund on an order I made that day. On May 17, you incorrectly said that my order was placed "72 hours ago" and that you could not help me. I responded immediately with proof. I emailed you again on May 21 and I received no response. I then emailed you once again on June 3rd and you said my order would should up that week, this is two weeks after my original email. The response time clearly indicates that these actions were purposeful and with bad intentions. It is now the end of the second week of June and there is no product or any confirmation that I product was shipped. There is no proof that you have even have products. I want my money back, it has been 30 days since my order has been placed and you have not responded to any of my customer complaints. Yet, you post on socially media every day to create more orders. You should be fulfilling the ones you had. I do no trust that this order will ever be fulfilled, or fulfilled correctly given the 80 reviews and 56 complaints that have been filed with similar issues. I want a refund on order #XXXXX for the Fairfax denim. This order should have been cancelled immediately following my May 16th email, but you did not respond and trapped me into a contract. .
A full refund including my shipping costs that have not applied since I didn't get any items.

The company has responded to my complaint, and I indicated that it was resolved to my satisfication. However, the company has not yet refunded me my money.
I also ordered a pair of jeans in December. I had saved up for them. They arrived and were too small. I followed the instructions for an exchange. Was told I was going to get them mailed. Then I was told again. Then I was given a fake tracking number. Then they completely stopped answering. I am not out $85 and not in a position to be able to buy any others. HUGE HUGE disappointment and damaging to my finances. I asked for a refund multiple times on multiple social media outlets. Nothing. I will never use this company.
This company is a scam! I ordered a pair of jeans in January, and waited a month before I was given a confirmation number for shipping. Refreshing every day, the shipping date was a month away, the package never left the original location. I reached out to them repeatedly and was told that there was a shipping error and my jeans would go out in 2-3 days. They'd throw in an extra tee-shirt. Again, never received shipping confirmation. I reached out. Again, apology they were going out in a few days. Again, never received shipping confirmation. I opened a dispute with my credit card and sent them all documentation. In March Revice told my credit card company that the goods were received. I continued to email them, and they started emailing me telling me that when they received my jeans back they would refund my credit card. However, I never received the jeans to return. I opened another dispute with my credit card which was not resolved until June.
I ordered a pair of jeans on 4/15 (order #***). I was charged $70 but they were NEVER delivered and it's been 2 months.
I ordered a pair of the mon amour crops in "sugar wash" on 4/15 (order #***). It's been two months and they have never been delivered. Even worse, I've emailed Revice three times sincefirst I requested an update and they said the jeans would be shipped in 8-10 days. They weren't. I requested another update a month later and NO response. Finally I requested a refund on 5/24 and STILL NO RESPONSE. I'm not afraid to take legal action against this company. I'm a broke college student and take $70 seriously and want my money back immediately or I'll take further measures.
I want a full refund immediately.

I ordered a pair of shorts March 24 for a trip in May. After tons of back and forth I asked for a refund, refund was confirmed then they shipped.
I ordered a pair of shorts on March 24 for a trip I had in May. Order #XXXXX. After a few weeks I reached out asking why I had not received them, the team told me they would ship out in the next 5-7 business days. Few more weeks passes, no word same response that theyd be shipping in the next week. This happened a couple of times. May 12, I asked that my order be canceled because they would not arrive in time for my trip and I had to buy a new pair. Shai Sudry replied saying that the shorts would ship the following week. I replied with "I asked for a refund on Tuesday this is honestly unacceptable. That gave you three full days to get back to me before shipping them. I want a refund they aren't going to be here in time for my trip and I've had to buy new ones"
Shai then said "I see that you filled a dispute with PayPal so we we will just go ahead and refund you towards this order.
I'll make sure to stop the shipment."
On the 15th I emailed her asking when I could see the refund. I have emailed her and her team 9 times since that interaction with no response.
They shipped the shorts after saying I would receive a refund and sent PayPal the tracking so that PayPal would deny my refund request/claim.
When I received the shorts they are WAY too small even though I ordered 2 sizes up to ensure they would fit or be too big at the least.
I would just like a refund of my original payment of $72 dollars. The shorts did not arrive in time and I asked for a refund to begin with and was told I would receive one. More than happy to even ship the shorts that eventually arrived (too late and way too small) back to the company.

I'm a massive fan of REVICE Denim. I had several issues fitting into denim due to my athletic/curvy build. When I came across this brand, I wasn't positive on how well the denim would fit (we know it's SUPER CUTE). I'm so happy to say the fit compliments my body type and is so cute! I couldn't be happier. Also, I love supporting small, start up brand. I know how hard you all must work!! Much love.

I have tried multiple times to contact and receive a refund. I have not been responded to and it has been months altogether.
I bought two pairs of jeans on March 28, 2018. My order # is XXXXX and I payed altogether $145.60 through my paypal credit and I have since payed off. My paypal username is ***@yahoo.com. I recieved one pair of my jeans and they were too small and on their website it says to contact them and they will send me a return number and label. I did receive a response for this. My return number was ***. I returned the pants but I have not recieved my money back. I also asked for them to change the delivery address for my second pair of jeans, to which they responded but it has yet to be delivered. At this point I just asked for a refund on everything and I have not recieved a response. I have emailed a total of 6 times. Their website says that they only do store credit for returns which I was fine with but at this point I don't feel comfortable buying anything else from them.
I would like a refund for my items. I do not feel comfortable placing anymore orders on the Revice denim website

I ordered 2 pairs of denim from this website in December, 2017. Now, 6 months later I still have not received either pair of jeans from Revice. My first pair that I ordered was delivered Jan. 7th and while I ordered my usual size, they were at least 3 sizes too small. I followed the steps to return them and sent an email requesting exchange with my new size and was told I would receive confirmation once my jeans were back in their possession. I never have gotten any type of confirmation as to if they ever got the jeans nor have they started my exchange process, SIX months later. I shipped them within the 30 day window and still have had no progress. The second pair of jeans I ordered have never even shipped and my confirmation order number still shows that they are "getting my order ready". In the time since January and now, I have emailed their customer service many times and have not gotten a single response. I have tried sending direct messages on Facebook and Instagram as well, and still received no response. For being a small brand, I thought they would have a solid customer service response in order to keep customers happy. However, it seems that they care much more about promotion on social media than they care about customers who have purchased from them. The only times I ever got responses from their team was when I was inquiring about possibly purchasing their denim. It is extremely frustrating to see their Instagram photos of them "shipping out orders" and doing constant promotion when my $145 worth of jeans has never arrived. They also delete comments off of their Instagram page frequently. Do not order from this site, it is not worth the trouble.

There's really nothing new I can share about this company that isn't already said, but I am getting so angry at how much of a scam this company is that I'm going to leave this anyway. I ordered one pair of shorts at the end of March that were listed as preorder, to be shipped a week later... and it is now June - 3 months later. I have emailed several times about my shorts (which I have already been charged for), inquiring as to why they have not been sent, and if there is anything I can do to ensure shipping by my trip in June (which I ordered the shorts for). In fact, I ordered early to ensure that any delays would have plenty of time! Anyway, each time I have emailed, I've been told the shorts will either be sent a) at the end of "this week" or b) in "two weeks" or c) "by the end of next week." How interesting! It seems they use these responses randomly and interchangeably, since any email will get one of those responses, regardless of what the last email said. By the eighth email saying they're "sorry babe" and that the shorts will be sent by either a, b, or c (LOL, can't remember which one), I began asking for a refund/return. What do you know, they don't do returns on preorders! No other response, other than, sorry, no returns! So I guess I won't be getting the shorts OR my money back. And it's my loss, "babe!"
Seriously, don't order. File complaints. Submit to Revdex.com and your state's legal team as well as your bank.
At this point, I just want my shorts. Or my money back. Looks like I won't be getting either from the company. But hey, they're set to be shipped out by this week/next week/in two weeks (in no particular order), so xoxo!
I know you're probably thinking it can't be that bad, since they look legit online and on Insta - but check out their comment section on Instagram. A business with over 100,000 followers should have at least SOME comments on their photos - but since all the comments are complaints, they're deleted and unacknowledged, leaving only 1 or 2 generic comments per pic. Doesn't match up for such a big following.
Revice, if you're reading this, I'm order #XXXXX - please just go ahead and send me my shorts. I'm not going to forget about the money I paid you and will CONTINUE following up via email, so it might just be easier for you guys to send me the one pair of shorts than to continue being inundated with emails and inquiries from me. Seriously.
^ the fact that I had to comment this at all (such a ridiculous justification to try and get what I paid for) should show you just how irrational and unprofessional this scam company is.
Do. Not. Be. Fooled. By. Celebrity. Photos. They are sent these for free, and do not have to deal with ordering them - they're just told to wear them. They likely don't know how much of a scam this company is; they're just wearing the jeans since they're cute.

It said on the website that they would ship the week of June 1st, but then it suddenly switched to the week of June 8th and there has still been no shipment confirmation. I have messaged them on all types of social media platforms and I still have gotten no response.
I just want them to ship the correct size and pair of jeans as soon as possible.

placed an order over 2 months ago and have not received It nor have I received any response from the company
I ordered a pair of yin yang crops in early April of 2018 and now in early June I have not received the order, despite an email update giving me a new, later shipping date. Since then (it was supposed to ship over a month ago), the company has not responded to me via Instagram DMs or comments nor via email. They have been unresponsive for over a month, despite giving me a new shipping date and having charged me immediately for my order. I see a lot of similar reviews posted here and it's a shame this company over markets what appears to be a great product but in reality has potentially the worst customer service I've ever dealt with (and I work in retail) especially when they immediately charge your card for the order.
I need to change my shipping address as I've since moved, and I need the products I've been charged for.

I've emailed them multiple times regarding the whereabouts of my order and their response is as follows: "I sincerely apologize for this inconvenience, we expect to ship by the end of next week.". This is a blatant lie and comical at this point. I've heard that line or "promise" if you will, 4 times now. This is stealing and the company should not be taking the money before the merchandise is ready. My friend also ordered a different pair of jeans on the same day and still hasn't received them either. I have a feeling judging by the other responses here that I will not be receiving my money back. Ive asked and this only to receive "It is stated online on our website that you have 72 hours to cancel a pre-order. It has been past 72 hours so we are unable to fulfill your request at this time." or my jeans. It feels as if this is a fake company that doesnt even have the merchandise listed online.

Once again this company is not upholding their promises to customers. They are stealing from them. Its been 6 months since I ordered a pair of Jeans from this company. Ive never received the jeans nor the refund.
I love love love his company, I have been ordering from them since they started - small group of girls who get the job done! Communication is great - I have ordered a few back ordered products and that can be irritating to anyone but they always communicate and let me know the status of my shipment and returns are hassle free! It's such great denim for a fair price, I wish there were more denim companies like this one ! xx

We ordered jeans(Order #***) from the Revice website on 2/6/18. We did not receive them until 3/28/18. They didn't fit and we wanted to return but only an exchange was allowed. We sent them back for a different size on 4/12/18 and did not get the exchanged item until 6/4/18. Also, on a different order (Order #***), we ordered jeans on 3/2/18. When we didn't receive them by 3/20/18, we emailed the company to inquire. They promised that they would be shipped out "at the end of the week." By 4/10/18, they still had not arrived so we emailed to cancel the order. They emailed back on 4/10/18 to confirm the cancellation but we did not see the credit in "8-10 days" on our credit card statement as promised. The jeans arrived on 5/5/18. We no longer wanted them because we were now well aware of the restrictive return policy and the long delay in getting exchange items. We emailed them on 5/10/18, again on 5/14/18 and called on 5/15/18 with no response. We will never order from this company again. In terms of the shipping delays, there is no excuse for these because we live in Orange County, CA and the company is in Los Angeles.
I want a full refund for the order that we cancelled. They had confirmed the cancellation in writing through email and then sent the item(after a long delay) anyway.

The company contacted me and has issued a refund for the order that I cancelled.
DO NOT ORDER FROM HERE. I am so disappointed with this company. I originally ordered a pair of jeans because I borrowed my friend's and fell in love with them. The confirmation email told me that they would be delivered May 29th. When I didn't receive them by the 31st I reached out to them, and it took them 5 days to respond. They said my pants were lost in shipping but they would be happy to send me another pair. So I responded immediately saying please send me another pair. No response. I send another email explaining how absurd this was and asking for a confirmation for the new pair. No response. I eventually ended up reaching out to my bank and the refunded my purchase. Still sad though because I really just want the pants.

I ordered May 19th and 20 days later have not received my order (or a shipping notification) or any reply from customer service. I purposely ordered from them thinking it would be fast because they're an American company (and I live in America), but I've ordered from 3 companies in Asia since I ordered from revice, and have already received all of those orders.... Absolutely horrible customer service, wouldn't have ordered if I had known I wouldn't receive my order before last week as I needed what I ordered for an event that has now passed.... they delete negative comments on instagram, and even admit to having slow email response time on their FAQ page because they are "playing hard to get". When I pay money for something I expect to be answered and don't care to be played. Look at all of the horrible reviews of them on this website, step up your game revice! This is ridiculous.
I ordered 4 items with Revice THREE MONTHS AGO. Only half the item showed up, and every time I email them they just say I should wait "8-10 more days" or "1-2 weeks" after each additional 2 weeks, the same response. I have repeatedly asked for a refund for the items I never received for over $150!! They will not refund the money either. DO NOT ORDER FROM REVICE. They need to spend less money on social media ads and more money on getting the promised products to the customers.

VERY shady business practices at work here. Revice posts around the clock on social media, advertising their products, however, they don't "have the time" to respond to current customers and fulfill current orders. Also, when you leave a comment about your experience on social media they INSTANTLY delete it and only leave the ones that are positive (clearly not previous customers or they wouldn't exist).
I would like to receive the jeans I ordered in the size I ordered. I will NEVER order again or recommend this company to anyone.

I received my jeans on 6/14/18.
Company has not responded to any messages regarding purchase. Company appears to not be including a promised item.
Last Tuesday (May 29, 2018), Revice was having a sale of 30% off all items and a free t-shirt with a purchase of $75 or more. I bought a pair of Venus Crop/Stargazer wash jeans for $65.80, and seeing as that was not enough to meet the $75 minimum for the free t-shirt, I added an additional item to the order (a "Feeling Thorny" t-shirt) to add $22.40 to the total. This equaled $88.20, thus enough to qualify for the free t-shirt. Upon checkout, I did not see any information regarding the free t-shirt I should receive. I proceeded to check out and purchase my two items. When I received an order confirmation e-mail (order #XXXXX) there was still no mention of the free t-shirt I should be receiving. I then messaged the company that day on Instagram as well as contacted them via the form on their website (the same day as well, Tuesday May 29th). They guarantee a response within 48-72 hours. I have not gotten any response through e-mail, instagram, or otherwise.
I would like Revice to respond to my multiple attempts to contact them seeking clarification. I would like Revice to specifically respond to my questions regarding the free t-shirt, and to guarantee that I will be receiving the free t-shirt, as advertised.
