above complaint; We consider this case to be resolved. The customer in question has charged back both amounts of $88.99 and $89.99 with his or her financial institution as of 1/24/2017. He or she may have received the funds already from the bank but there can be delays as well. As far as the overdraft fees, unfortunately there is no way of knowing what these fees actually were and how they came about without going through the customer’s personal bank statements, history, etc. And that is not appropriate for us to do, obviously. It is also common practice for banks to return overdraft fees to the customer if he or she is successful with the chargeback process. Unfortunately, the customer contacted his or her bank first before contacting us to resolve the matter. We encourage customers to contact us first to resolve any issues. Unfortunately, we do NOT have any record of the customer ever calling as our customer service department records every call and the notes from each call in the customers’ order records. We always encourage calls to avoid issues like this. It is our goal to provide great customer service and we apologize for the misunderstanding. Thank you for your time. Regards, Reviant LLC
