We have reached out to [redacted] and explained the situation. We will follow up with their response.We cannot guarantee anything about their policies here. In their eyes, this is between you and the seller, even though it was facilitated through Reverb. They are in complete control of the payment and we can't force them to issue a refund earlier than 30 days, if that's wha they've stated. We apologize for the trouble here.

We understand your concerns and apologize for the delays in getting your specific order refunded. I am glad that we could ultimately resolve your issue, though. The assertion that we systematically hold our customer's funds in an effort to generate interest on those amounts is not accurate, nor would it be feasible for us to do so. This is patently false, not a practice we engage in, nor is there any indication that this is happening. Again, we apologize for the trouble and poor experience you had which has now been remedied by a full refund. Please let us know if there is anything further left to be done on this specific transaction.

I am rejecting this response because:The 2nd transaction went into transit last Friday (3/31/17). As stated by the reverb.com website payout is supposed to happen when the item goes into transit. I even had a representative from Reverb ([redacted] tell me that I would be paid out at the latest today 4/3/17. Today is 4/3/17 and I still have not received the money. The issue has now resulted in fees.

I am rejecting this response because:I have contacted [redacted] and it is unwilling to cancel the transaction. According to [redacted] interpretation of its terms of service, the seller is given 30 days to complete the transaction.[redacted] will not allow me to file a disputed transaction until the transaction has been completed. Rerverb.com cancelled the order because the third party seller did not respond.[redacted] will not accept my word that the transaction has been cancelled.Reverb.com as the listing agent and conduit through [redacted] should notify [redacted] that Reverb.com has cancelled the transaction.It makes no sense that Reverb.com has cancelled the transaction and [redacted] is waitng for the transaction to be completed.Reverb.com is not a bystander in this transaction but has notified me that my transaction was cancelled by its own terms. As such, Reverb.com has an obligation to take efforts to cancel all parts of the transaction including communicating with the payment agency.

We are responding to the complaint that was initiated concerning this transaction on Reverb.com.  The item was delivered on 2/5 and the customer contacted the seller, as well as Reverb, on 2/17 seeking a return. This is outside both the return window the seller offers and the overall...

protection stated by Reverb (7 days). We've since been able to resolve this issue amicably by providing the buyer with some credit towards a future purchase. We can provide documentation of this if necessary. Please let me know when this issue has been resolved on your end. Thanks!

However, the refund came within 48 hours of my filing a claim with the Revdex.com. The business did not honor its word of a refund on...

two separate occasions. Therefore, I feel that their response, while technically satisfactory, does not fulling satisfy the expectation of proper business conduct.

I am rejecting this response because: Reverb.com is again ignoring the actual...

complaint of their systematlicly holding funds longer then necessary (I had to file a [redacted] complaint to where [redacted] had to force Reverb.com to refund my money Reverb.com did not voluntarily return the money) and Reverb.com ignores emails with regards to this issue. I am due a refund for the two separate times Reverb.com has made money of holding my money in their account to profit from the interest in their account and only gives refunds when threatened with legal action.Again; see the full details in my complaint & have Reverb actually address them. There are 18 other complaints in the Revdex.com system against Reverb.com for these issues.
