Received an e-mail billing from [redacted] for a Techsupport cancelled service for sum of $ [redacted] US Premium Software Support Dec 13 2016. Supposed to fix computer problem after scan, problem never fixed but charged , I cancelled this order and [redacted] acknowledged.
I am trying to terminate the automatic renewal feature of this service but the website that I am directed to states to pick the option below and there is NOTHING below The only other option is to unsubscribe which I believe will terminate the service immediately and I am paid until September
