Hello, This customer has not taken the appropriate steps to claim their missing [redacted] *** They e-mailed us on April 24th, to which we responded to the same day, and the customer never answered nor followed the steps outlined in our e-mail for them to request their [redacted] *** As rewarding virtual currency is a very technical process, we CANNOT provide it via e-mail as it does not have the required technical information for us to distribute I have attached the consumers e-mail to our support team, as well as their response, which is what the consumer must do in order for us to provide the [redacted] ***We responded within hours of the original e-mail that was sent and even followed up on the e-mail after receiving this complaint, and the consumer has yet to reply or take the appropriate action to claim their credits, so we have done everything we can to honor this request, but cannot be held accountable when the consumer is not answering us or completing the appropriate steps
In order for this consumer to be credited, they must provide the following information e-mailed directly to our support team at [email protected]: The e-mail address used to make the purchaseThe IP address of the consumerProof of the purchase, either a receipt or confirmation
e-mail If all of this information is sent to us, as well as a reference to this Revdex.com case, our support team can process this and award the Gaia Cash There is not enough information in this complaint for us to be able to do so currently, so please make sure to include all of the above requested information

steps: Log into Gaia OnlineVisit the Revenue Universe "Earn Gaia Cash" PageHit the Customer Support Icon in the top right of the OfferwallFile a missing credit report for the LifeLock offer on that page Once the following steps have been completed the user will be awarded their Gaia Cash within days after we investigate and confirm they completed the offer This is the only way that we can award the Gaia Cash as we do not receive important technical identifying information of the customer needed to award Gaia Cash through any other method such as e-mail or phone

I had submitted a credit report request shortly after (about an hour to two hours after the offer was completed, and credits were still not deposited into my account) on the day that the offer was successfully completed (June 23rd)As it stands, this is three weeks past the "day" estimate since I have sent that credit report via the Revenue Universe portal on Gaiaonline.com, and was never contacted, nor provided the service that I had paid forI've uploaded documents both confirming that this is the case, as well as my email from LifeLock confirming my account creation (with date and time that the email was sent)

This customer has been distributed their Gaia Cash. In the previous complaint there was no mention that they had followed to correct process. At the time of writing, LifeLock has still not confirmed that the customer purchased the product, the 7 days is an estimate as an average time period it takes an advertiser to investigate issues like this. We have, however, distributed the Gaia Cash in good faith that the customer indeed purchased the product.
