I recently paid a medical bill in full that was on my credit reportAfter paying this debt I asked for a copy of a receipt, the woman I spoke with told me I would have it by the end of the week by mailAfter waiting a day or two longer I contacted back the creditorWhen speaking with the woman I stated that I still have not seen a receiptI explained my housing morgatge is waiting to see a receipt with the account number string it was paidThe lady became very rude stating I could not have a receipt for something they debted from my bank account, and I would have to wait till it cleared on my credit reportWhen receiving this answere it did not make sense as to why I could not have a receipt for something I had paid forWhen asking for a manager I was hung up onWhen I called back I sadly got the same person with a rude and sarcastic toneUnfortunately I work 12+ hours a day a cant be on the phone fighting with a creditor as to why they will not give me a receipt or manager
