Good afternoon,I am in receipt just today of a compliant letter with the above reference number ( [redacted]).This is a false complaint with no validity. Mr [redacted] entered into a contract to pur[redacted] a home in the state of Arizona, this is true. It was explained to him in Person that during...
the inspection period( 14 days, after acceptance) that if within reason he may cancel the contract. This was explained to the client. Mr. [redacted], did not even get to do an inspection before he decided to cancel the transaction. Upon his desire to cancel the contract and not move forward. Said contract was in fact canceled. Since we have no true reason without an inspection completed, I worked with his lender who would NOT provide a letter stating Mr. [redacted] was not going forward with his loan. It took days to get the lender [redacted] bank to admit in an email that Mr. [redacted] was not seeking a loan at this time. Upon getting the email from [redacted] bank, the funds were set to be released from the seller (HUD) and HUD directed the Escrow company [redacted], to release funds back to Mr. [redacted]. As of date of this Complaint the funds were if fact sent out to Mr. [redacted]. Please review the attached documents and withdraw this claim, as it is not valid.
