Since February 2019, I have been receiving illegal SPAM from these mns. I received the most recent one, 6 in all, today. I told them nicely at first, rudely thereafter, that I do not want them bothering me because I have no interest in working for them. They continue to SPAM me.
No further contact by the busi Preferably, they burn in *** for their ongoing illegal activities by SPAMMING me despite being told to desist. At the least, they must be forced to stop their illegal activities and never contact me again.
Dear Revdex.com Team, thanks for bringing this to our consent, and we respect candidates privacy and Interest, we have Unsubscribe option in all our email and we have provided the contact details of the Technical recruiter.
we checked our system and we could see that there were 3 instances since Oct 2019 to till date we have reached out to Mr. through email to check his consent for the job opening that matches his profile.
Since his resume is in the Dice Job board we reached out to him assuming he is available for a job opportunity.
it looks he have unsubscribed from our future emails and we also have checked and ensured that he will not get any email from our end.
We sincerely regret for the inconvenience caused at this time.
should you have any questions, please feel free to reach out to us.

Several problems with their reply.
1) They say that they have an "Unsubscribe" option. Any security firm will tell you to never click these. This is a standard way to infect your computer with viruses.
2) I expressly told them to desist in bothering me, each and every time their recruiters contacted me. Their employees failed to remove me from their emailing lists, which they are required to do.
3) I have not been on Dice for several years (at least 4 years). I even told DICE to delete my resume. So, why are they bothering someone based on outdated resumes. DICE didn't even have my current email address. The one on the old resume has been cancelled for 3 years.
4) They never asked me to update my status, rather they sent me new job listings, after I told them to desist.
It is THEIR employees' responsibility to remove me from lists especially when I expressly state that I will not work for THEIR firm.
