Review: Purchased (pre-paid) for spa services, and when I went to have services provided, the merchant was out of business.Desired Settlement: Requested refund of $240 for spa treatment services not provided.

Review: In 2008, I went for a complimentary consultation at the [redacted] Office for In office procedure. I made a deposit of $1500. I got pregnant right after and had to put the procedure on hold. During and after my pregnancy, I have been asking for my deposit back, I have sent emails, made calls and 5yrs later still no one has attempted to return my money. The numbers do not work anymore.Desired Settlement: I paid cash and would like a cash refund!!!
