Review: My complaint consists of three separate issue that needs to be resolved. Two of the issues are for purchases of services/products I have not received.
1. On December 9, 2012, a purchase was made for a product (Invoice # [redacted], Transaction ID [redacted], $17.00) and was not able to download the purchase. I have not received a response to my contact attempts to receive a download link.
2. On March 27, 2013, a purchase was made for a service ([redacted] Transaction # [redacted], Item # [redacted], Product Code [redacted], $247.00). After the purchase was made, no communication was received in regard to the status of the purchased service.
3. On July 24, 2013, a purchase was made for a supplement product ("Blood Gold") which arrived with unreadable instructions on the bottle. Two separate contact attempts to receive the appropriate instructions have not received a reply.Desired Settlement: For the first two issues, I request to receive the purchased product/service or a refund for the purchases.
For the third product, I request to receive appropriate instructions for the purchased product.
