I am rejecting this response because:  We are still due 1017.00.  We were not contacted by Reunion Dental as they stated.  We did receive a refund of 380.00 but 1017.00 is still due.  This is about the amount our medical insurance paid towards the dental...

procedure which they are keeping because as were told by a supervisor it's a "bonus" for them.
