First and foremost the refund policy would not apply here because the goods were never delivered. The business never had the mattresses that I purchased and I just want my money back. If that's the case then I'll just see him in court. This business has had ample time to make this correct and has made no attempt him stating that someone hung up the phone on him which was absurd was an absolute lie and it has nothing to do with the business at hand. You would not able to deliver the goods that were purchased in an ample amount of time that's what the problem is I want my money back.

The consumer came in and re-selected a new mattress
