Jeff provides the best customer service of all of the solo401(K) plan providers that I researched. He is very patient and very knowledgeable. I had to throw together a 401(K) at the end of December 2019 for calendar year 2019 and had no idea what I was doing. Because Jeff specializes in plans for sole proprietors and self-employed individuals with few or no employees, he was able to explain the whole process and the plan in great detail. Plus, for him, we are his market, not just a small piece of it that doesn't generate much money. My small 401(k) is peanuts to a big brokerage, and that's exactly how they treated me, but not Jeff. I felt like my needs, my questions were very important and that he would always be available for any additional questions. He doesn't put you on hold to transfer you to a different department. You don't have to wait for a specialist from another department to call you back. He is the specialist. I had such a great experience that I referred a colleague to him who also decided to open up a 401(k) account with solo401(k)!
