Business said the work is under a one year from date of job warrantyIf the area of the floor customer has concerns about is an area they actually worked on, then it is under warranty, and customer may call *** or Mr*** (###-###-####), and they will schedule to come inspectIf the area of the floor is not an area they did work on, then it is not covered by the warrantyBusiness reiterates that the customer's original floor job was sub-par, and he is not responsible for it's continued degradingCustomer may call for an appointment if it is to discuss work they didOtherwise, business has finished this jobIf customer is concerned about other areas of the floor, then it is a new jobBusiness recommends a complete tear out if customer wants it done right, since it was a badly done floor to begin with
The job was to remove the grout, tile & thin set They were to apply new thin set, set the tile, grout and seal There are several areas that they did not follow this procedure When I challenged *** said that it was alright and that he would come back if their was a problem Several areas that I originally questioned him on, need to be done properly.I've called and they haven't responded
