Review: On August 21, 2012 I entered into a ONE YEAR basic membership contract with Retro Fitness of Howell NJ. Shortly after entering into the contract, I was informed of a disability that no longer allowed me to work out. I was just going to continue making the monthly payments of 21.39 until the year was over. After continuing to be charged, I I took it upon myself to cancel my contract. After several failed attempts to email and call Retro Fitness of Howell to inform them of my disability, it was starting to feel like I was going to be stuck in this supposed ONE YEAR contract forever. In October of 2014, I lost my debit card and had to get a new one, last month I received a notice by mail from Retro Fitness informing me I was going to be put into collections for non payment. They found it impossible to get back to me in regards to my disability and cancellation of contract, but they had no problem getting in contact with me to inform me of non payment. This is absolutely absurd, I do not know what else to do. I am ashamed that a reputable business conducts themselves in such a despicable way.Desired Settlement: Cancellation of Contract due to disability
