This complaint has been resolved to my satisfaction by Retractable Solutions after I contacted [redacted] and requested...
their help. Apparently, [redacted] paid for Retractable Solutions to "make it right." It was a shame that Retractable Solutions would not take it upon themselves to "do the right thing." Shame on them.
