Our review of... records also notes that the patient signed authorization for diagnostic testing recommended bythe physician. In addition, he agreed to be financially responsible for services rendered and we have his signature on file affirming this.Despite this, we understand the patient is unhappy, and this makes us unhappy. Asa one-time courtesy, we have agreed to refund the patient the $84.93 he requests, withthe hopes that this will alleviate his concerns.
