I would like to express my appreciation to the team that came out to my house in Rockford and installed my solar panels you did an awesome job and crappy weather and difficult conditions everything looks great and very professional I cannot thank you guys enough you did an awesome job thank you

While installing solar panels on our roof, we incurred several roof leaks. Rethink came out and repaired the leaks in the roof. However, we also incurred ceiling damage from the leaks caused by rethink. We submitted an estimate to cover damage repair. Rethink sent us a contract to sign agreeing to let them repair the ceiling damage. However the contract also states that we wave our warranty for the balance of the contract; which is currently 10 years. We did not sign anything as we feel this is shady practice on their part considering they caused the leak. We have been contacting the company that hired them to install these panels and have gotten no response. We’ve tried various media outlets to contact SunPower (which is the company who hired rethink) with no success . This has been going on for awhile now. We would like to get reimbursed for the ceiling repair without sacrificing the remainder of the warranty

I would like to thank Rethink Electric but especially their employee, Luis. I believe he is the lead of one the their many crews. He was very helpful, nice and informative. He answered all of my questions and even went above and beyond to make sure I understood what was going to happen and the length of time it was going to take.

Because of Luis, I have informed my friends, family and neighbors of hiring Rethink Electric but especially to ask for Luis is crew for all their solar panel needs. I believe that this company did right by hiring this man. Thank you Luis for everything.
