Revdex.com:I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted], and have determined that this does not resolve my dispute.Please enter your reason(s) for rejecting the business response below.Regards,[redacted] The purposes of this complain is to seek a refund for service I did not receive.  As you can see from [redacted] actions that she doesn’t take the time to read or review documents before submitting them.  She has admitted to disclosing my credit card information an accident.  Accident like this should have never happen.  This is the same type of service I received when my son resume was submitted.  She didn’t take the time to make sure the document was presentable.  A professional doesn’t make mistake by submitting client credit card information or any other documents.  Her continue neglect in correcting this matter is unacceptable.  I would like a refund ASAP.  This is the only resolution that will be accepted.
