I always honor my warranty and have never had any complaints.  The customer called me asking me to replace a small mosaic tile that had chipped. I had contacted the customer to replace the tile. He told me his wife was sleeping late and it was not a good time. I never heard from him again. He...

was a handy guy himself so I just assumed he replaced the small tile himself.  He had all the materials there at his house. I have no problem replacing the small tile. I can send one of my mechanics to do it with a week.
