I brought a very pricey blouse in to be dry cleaned and whenever I bring my cleaning in I am careful to notify them of any stains by using the red marking tape they have there I marked a few grease spots on the sleeve and left the item to be dry cleanedWhen I picked up the item, the receipt was marked that they couldn't get the ink stain outThe dry cleaner said sorry they couldn't get the ink stain out I said there were no ink stains on the blouse when I brought it in When we looked at the blouse there was a small pen mark ( looks like ball point pen mark) on the right shoulder of the blouseI notice she keeps a ball point pen on the counter for use with her transactions and whenever I drop my stuff off she just balls everything up on the counter sometimes leaving them in piles until she is ready to get to them after the next customer I assume that they take care of my item once I leave it in their care I do not use ball point pens nor do I work in a job where I use a
