Resturant Builders Inc

Review: I went to this store called Restaurant Builders and spoke to [redacted] who showed me used items that I could purchase for my restaurant, after giving him a $2,000 deposit to hold the items that he showed me in store. I was promised that he would seek out the other items (not currently available) on my purchase order and have them ready within 2 weeks - 30 days max. Upon my return to the store 6 weeks later (as when I called initially to advised of the time I would be there he requested 2 weeks more time)to pick up my items. The previous items that he had showed me (which I took pics of with my phone) were no longer there and he didn't have the other items that he claims he would seek out. He asked me to come back 2 wks later, which I did and still no items, this led to another 3 wks later and kept going on for sometime, I would end up leaving empty-handed each time as he kept giving me empty promises that he will would have the stuff but he never did. I asked him back for my money and all he tells me is to give him more time to come up with the items. This was not feasible as I had a deadline to open my restaurant and I needed to get the equipment in the restaurant. To this day I still have not received my stuff or money from him.Desired Settlement: I would like to get my money back as this guy cause me a lot of inconvenience and made me waste lots of money and time.
