Review: I ordered product from this company after seeing him on his [redacted] page. ([redacted]). I made an order in August 2014 and shortly after I noticed several people inquiring about their orders. The [redacted] complained of health issues and how he was all alone in shipping out orders and creating product. Therefore I waited patiently. In November 2014 he posted from is [redacted] that he was working with a 3rd party vendor to ship out all orders from then on, and if you had an old order that you were waiting on he would combine them all you had to do was let him know. So I made a new order and called him about combining them and he said he would and my orders would be shipped in a couple days. In December 2015 still nothing so I sent him an email. In the email he said that he had ran out of product but he now had it and would ship my order ASAP. In February 2015 I just got tired of waiting and requested a refund via [redacted] as many others had done. He said something rude along with saying he would issue me a refund that Friday and then he blocked me from his page. He has never issued me a refund on my 2 orders. I have called and sent emails and he refuses to respond.Desired Settlement: I would like a refund which Im pretty sure I will never receive but I feel his website should be shut down. I didn't use [redacted] so he took advantage of me and dragged me along until I was no longer covered by [redacted] or my bank. He is a scam artist.

Review: On October [redacted] 2014 an order was put in with this company for a purchase of $81.33 including tax and shipping charges. $50.00 of that order was purchased with an online discount code that I had won in a raffle on [redacted] making the purchase of my own money $31.33 On this day September [redacted] 2015 I still have yet to receive my order after multiple attempts and conversations with the business owner. nearly two months ago after an argument on [redacted], the business owner blocked my access to his page therefore cutting off communication with him.Desired Settlement: I would like a refund of my money including the $50.00 voucher which I won. I will also be opening a case in small claims court to fight for damages done by the business.
