Unfortunately, the permit process took the town of Paradise Valley an extremely long time to process the permit.  We have incurred drawing fees, earth movement sub was paid, as well as the Permit cost etc.  We have calculated our cost and sending Mr. [redacted] the balance of this deposit back....

I hired Restore 1 Inc aka Restore 24/7 in October 2014 to do insurance related storm repairs as well as a change order for additional work. They were referred from [redacted], a referral company from my insurance. It was about a weeks worth of work (per owner [redacted]). They kicked the project down the road time and again. It is now April 22, 2015 and the work has not been completed. I have been more than patient. They had the nerve to ask me to sign off on the insurance in December, without the work being completed. Glad I didn't... the work is STILL NOT DONE. Delay after delay, excuse after excuse. They ordered the wrong windows...twice! Now they say they do not have the money to complete the job. Or, I can wait for them to get the money to order the windows...again. No more waiting. 6 months is already too long.

This company does not pay there sub contractors after they do the work, restore 1 inc or restore 24/7 get laid but doesn't pay the people who do the work for them there are Atleast 16 contractors that have went without pay for a year or more!! Please do not work for them or they will not pay you.....

Restore 1 has on numerous occasions replied or stated "we will relay message" we have yet to receive one payment from them. They are deceitful and neglect to show any type of professionalism.
