Restoration

Today was moving day and part of that included the "professional" installation of a new washer, at the completion of the install the tech started a quick load and said to let it run though before doing laundryIncidentally the technician did not connect the drain tube, we caught it mid way through and it was a complete mess and it soaked quickly through the carpets and into the living roomWe first contacted a different company who would not be able to make it in a decent time, next was Restoration and they responded in under an hour from call to knocking at the door and I found the convince of Jesus keeping us up dated on an ETA extremely niceMy wife is currently months pregnant and was already histerical between the move and the water damage I was very greatful that Jesus and Juan were able to give her peace of mindI myself felt was extremely pleased with the professionalism and personal one on one communication through it all that Jesus gaveI hope we have no need for this type of response in the future but when we and if we do there will only be one call to makeThank you Restoration!
