Restoration Services of Iowa

Restoration Services was hired to clean our ductwork in our newly constructed home. They came and worked for less than an hour and charged us over $500. We hired another company who said they only vacuumed out the boots, they did not clean any secondary lines or the main trunk line. There were no access openings made to actually get into the duct work. The furnace was also not cleaned. This company took over 4 hours to do the same job. We called Restoration Services several times to try to register a complaint. Our phone calls were never returned and we were never provided a receipt as requested. It was very frustrating. DO NOT ever hire this company, they are out to take your money only and not provide you with the service you request.
