Response:In response to the customer’s complaints; she is stating that we charged for more equipment than was onsiteThis is not true, and is a misinterpretation of the invoice by the customerOur charges for the equipment are based on a daily rental rate per each piece of equipmentWhen she
reads the invoice, and assumes that Air movers is the quantity, she is missing the fact that the charge is in fact air movers for days eaThis is a total of rental daysWe have been in email contact with Mrs*** and made several attempts to contact her by phone with no responseShe last responded to our email on March 22nd After this time, she has not responded to our phone callsAs such, we proceeded with our lien rights against her homeOn March 10th 2017, we made an offer to Mrs*** to present payment in the amount of $2,This represented the original invoice of $4,less $1,for repairs to a pocket door that she claims we damaged and less $for a service call she claims we did not makeHowever, she has not accepted or refused this offer since thenShe did have questions about the equipment rental, but we discussed this over the phone on March 24th, Our understanding was that she understood the equipment charges and it was no longer an issueWe are still willing to satisfy her account with payment in the amount of $2,Please note that Mrs*** was paid by her insurance company for our services and they have confirmed the equipment rentals and all other charges with the supporting documentation that we provided to themWe also provided the same supporting documentation to Mrs*** on several occasions
