This is the absolute worst company we have ever dealt with Servicing our military members threw USAA, this company came into our home, mis-applied chemicals without following directionsApplied a product to wood which stated was not to be applied to porous surfaces - to coverup their mistakeInvoiced our insurance co with items never used in our home as well as charging us for items that they never deliveredRemoved items from the home without our knowledge and permission Not only did they not properly resolve the water mitigation issue but due to their error our house got toxic levels of mold Its no wonder Revdex.com won't accredit them Will never deal with a company that is not accredited with Revdex.com again!
