The secretary or whom ever they are answered with attitude and ended with attitude she was a [redacted] and I dont appreciate the way I was spoken to. Instead of adressing my issue she cut me off and hung up. I got no name but she had no reason to speak the way she did. I hope she isnt married bc I feel bad for her husband

Review: In October 2013, I was billed $4,600 for services performed. This invoice was paid twice (I did not realize that my insurance company, [redacted], had already paid the invoice, so I also paid the invoice). I followed up with this business on numerous occasions to receive the amount that I previously paid ($4,600), but only received a partial refund of $3,000 in the winter of 2014. I have followed up on numerous occasions to obtain the remaining refund amount ($1,600) and the billing person [redacted] keeps telling me "the check is in the mail". As of today (Jan 6, 2015), I still have not received this refund.Desired Settlement: To receive the remaining refund as soon as possible.
