After reviewing Ms. [redacted]'s complaint, customer support has already refunded her the charges of $79.97 on 5/23. She should see the refunds back into her account within 3-5 business days from that date. Also, her account with us is inactive; therefore she will not receive further shipments. We hope she is satisfied with the credit and want to apologize for any inconvenience this may have caused.
