We bought our house in October During the Home Inspection, we found hail damage on the siding that the current owners advised they would replaceThey had a representative from RESTOR come out and take a piece of the home's siding to match and orderAt closing, the sellers advised they could not get a hold of RESTOR to come out and replace after the estimate, however they did write us a cashiers check made out to RESTOR for the estimate amount
The proposal and siding was ordered on 9/30/and we had a cashiers check to RESTOR for the proposal's worth of $My husband called RESTOR roughly times within months with little helpThe first time he called, he was able to talk to someone on property who advised they were waiting for the siding to come inThe next 8-times, he left a message with someone who advised they would give him a call back ASAP We never once received a call back
I e-mailed RESTOR personally as a last hope, advising of the situationFinally, someone responded and advised they had lost our fileOkI had to send her the estimate, and finally they gave me some hopeShe advised they did not have a direct match for our siding in their inventory, however they could either replace the siding with mismatched siding or the entire home's sidingI then replied that we have $dollars to spend from the sellers, thus whichever option that covered, that is what we would doNo responseI followed up a few days laterNo responseI followed up a week later
Finally, a response from their CFO that the person who I had been working with was no longer with the company but that she would investigate this and to give her hours to respondhours later, I reached out to get an updateNo responseFinally, I was able to connect with the sellers of our home and get the cashiers check made out directly to us so that we can now choose who we want to come out and replace our sidingI gave the CFO one last chance to make this rightWe are currently missing a piece of our siding that RESTOR took to get matchedI advised that although we would no longer need their services (based upon the horrible customer service) to replace the damaged siding, that if they would at least replace the siding they TOOK, I would wipe my hands clean of it and not report this horrible experience to the Revdex.comAgain, NO RESPONSE

Mr. [redacted] called and informed me AFTER he had the other contractor come do work on his roof we offered many times to come out and address any issues he was having.We had a meeting scheduled with his salesman, the roofer, and our owner; before we could have that meeting he had another contractor...
come and make alterations to the roof. I told him since we did not know what that contractor did, it voids the warranty on the work we did. Our roofer has photo's of the work done to Mr. [redacted]'s roof and I believe that this matter will be settled when we go to court in January.
I had storm damage in July and have been at a stand still since. I had interior and exterior damage work to be done including mold. They came 2 weeks ago and finally put my roof on however there was an issue with my roof that was to be fixed and they just roofed over the issue instead. The roofer is now refusing to come back to fix the roof. I have been told dates that someone would be here to do fix the roof and do the interior work and no one shows up and the communication from this company has been appalling. I have had to call constantly to check on the status of things only to be told excuses and again dates someone will be here to do the work and they still don't show up. I no longer trust anything they tell me and have other work/contractors waiting for additional work I am doing that can't be done until Restor completes their portion so that is now backlogged.

I talked to Hector and Kelly when I initially made a complaint months ago. I have not heard from these two individuals since. The window has been reordered at least 3 times. The window was not put in on 6/11 and still is not in. Window had to be reordered due to employee ordering the wrong size after coming to my home to measure. I have recently talked to supervisor (Esequiel) last week. I scheduled date for this past Monday for window and siding replacement however, rained every day this week. I'm now scheduled for next Monday for window and siding. Restor still has not said when they will be scheduling the completion of the remaining items in my complaint which are down spouts, chimney vent, mailbox post and vinyl trim. In fact, supervisor was unaware of these items. The scope that given to this company is not being followed and it should not has taken almost a year by 6/24. Insurance company has not held up money for this long. I can not call inspector for inspection of work until window and sliding had been completed. Product manager (Hector ) stated that they would done after window and siding are completed. What is going on!!

So I called supervisor at 11:00am only to find out that he could not find the window. He found window 45 mins later. When he brought window to my house we learned that the wrong size window was ordered. Now I waiting additional weeks for window. I was not given a date on when siding would be redone, chimney vent, down spouts and siding trim to be done. I did initially have problems with my mortgage at the beginning of the year. All work has to be inspected before last installment can be released. It has been several months. I have to keep calling Restor or I will not hear from this company
