industry standards and guidelines by the manufacturers as explained to our Families at time of purchase.When the Purchaser paid for their memorial (6/13/16) he chose a design to be sent to the manufacturer (6/14/16). The manufacturer ordered a particular block for the memorial paid by Restland upon providing the proof (7/18/16).When Restland received the proof the Purchaser was contacted to sign off their final approval (mailed proof 7/23/16 and 8/2/16 and emailed 8/10/16 with no response from Cardholder) in order to put into production. Please refer to Restland first response (attached) to see that these procedures were met.It was, and is, our sincere desire to provide our Purchaser with their merchandise upon their final approval of the Proof that has not been returned to Restland. Review: My husband died 7/9/12. I met with company and made headstone arrangements. Paid for everything then. I was told a proof would be made that I had to sign off on before production began. I didn't get proof until April of 2013. I still have no headstone. I can't even get anyone to return phone calls. I've left numerous messages with no response. It's now been over a year. I've paid a lot of money and have no stone.Desired Settlement: I want my phone calls returned with an explanation and apology and I want the headstone placed immediately.
