Review: Purchased a coffee table from Ethan Allen on April **, 2013. Delivery was sometime in July. Table was delivered with damaged glass to which they were promptly notified. Spoke with "[redacted]" and she advised they would have to order a new piece of glass and it would not come until September. I waited until Sept. at which time I called again and spoke with [redacted]. She advised glass now wouldn't be in until "at least" end of Sept. Told her this was not acceptable. She advised she would try to get a piece of glass from her warehouse but since it was the Friday before Labor Day she would get back to me the following Tues. Never heard from her so I called her on Sept. [redacted] at which time [redacted] told me she was in the process of arranging delivery. She would set it up and get back to me. As of the writing of this complaint I still have not heard back.Desired Settlement: I feel as if she is just giving me a run around by never responding back to me. If they can't immediately schedule a delivery for a new piece of glass then I would like a refund.
