Hello Revdex.com,After reviewing the complaint and discussing with the store manager named in the complaint they did talk about this with the customer and looked in the parking lot for any evidence that this could have happened and did not discover anything.With that being said we at Car Parts Warehouse do not understand why this is a Revdex.com issue.The customer left our store with parts for their car that they bought from us and unless I missed something in the complaint they must be happy with the part they bought from us.The flat tire that the customer had is in no connection with the sale of parts with our location.We are willing to provide the customer with a one time use coupon for 25% off their next purchase.Thank you
