reviewed appear below. My original complaint was sent to the Revdex.com on 2/27. On 2/29, the merchant delivered incorrect merchandise and then responded to the complaint on 3/29 stating "the coolers were delivered a month ago". This is false. Please see the attached images showing what was actually delivered. He was supposed to deliver *AND INSTALL* a 2 door freezer and 5 door cooler. Per the images taken today, they are no where near installed nor are they of the correct type. What he delivered was 2 door cooler and 5 door cooler (no freezer). Furthermore, he cut apart our store's door opening (see attached images) and failed to properly re-install the door. He was also to deliver brand new compressors foe which we paid $1,800, which he did not. We also paid for many expenses out of pocket, including electric panel relocation and radiator relocation, both of which he was to have his contractors perform. He is again leveraging delay tactics and we are sick of hearing excuses. He is no longer answering our calls or returning our texts. At this point, we want him to take his stuff and refund our money.
