Rest Well

Review: I purchased a [redacted] futon and mattress from this business on 6/28/2014. The futon frame broke in less than 30 days. I went back to the business and showed the pictures of the broken frame to the owner/manager/salesperson, Ogom. He said he would contact the manufacturer and get back to me in a day or two. I ended up calling him back within a couple days and he informed me that because I did not purchase insurance, there was nothing he or the manufacturer could do. I found this difficult to let go because the product had broken in such a short period of time. There was clearly a defect with the product. Number 1.b. of the company's policy states that "Rest Well Mattress will assist you in your manufacturers' claim." Sufficient assistance was not provided to help solve this issue.Desired Settlement: I would like Rest Well or the manufacturer to replace the broken frame.
