I would never recommend that you do business with this company, I'm not sure I would even call them a company. When you contact them for service the women who answer the phone are not only incompetent the are also unprofessional. They give will tell you that you are scheduled for a given day and then change that date without notifying you. One person actually told me that I was "difficult and [redacted]" and then hung up on me. I manage an apartment community where a resident has bed bugs and their agreement is to retreat 30 days later, they expected my resident to wait 60 days for them to come back and treat. I had to make 3 calls in order to get them to hold to the terms of the contract and on the third call I was told that I was [redacted]. In my world you hold to the terms of an agreement. This company does not follow through on the promises they make when they are trying to get your business. They are unreliable and a completely nightmare to work with. Do not waste a penny or moment of your time on them, there is far better out there.
