[redacted] [redacted] I am writing this in regards to the id claim # [redacted] We got called out by this company to come look at there truck they said they had a coolent leak we asked if it was a hose and they said it waswe told them that it would a while because we have calls ahead of thembut as soon as we were done with those calles we will get over to them and they were in Ranchester Wy what is miles from where we were atHe asked how much we charge I told him that he was on weekend time and after hour time.And I told him that we charge miles to he said that was fineI also told him that if we can not fix it that he still had to pay the minand call out fee and miles he did not have a promblom with any thing so we got to him about 9:pm on a sunday we took hose and anti freeze we go there and looked over everything could not find a bad hose filled with flude had the driver start it up and we found that the water pump was bad we told them that we could not do that right now o take it the shop where they could get it in and out he did not have a promblom m with thatwe filled out the bill and gave to driver he called the boss and the boss stared to yell at us after he already agreed to all the charges before we went out

hose and they said it was. we told them that it would a while because we have calls ahead of them. but as soon as we were done with those calles we will get over to them and they were in Ranchester Wy  what  is 16 miles from where we were at. He asked how much we charge I told him that he was on weekend time and after hour time.And I told him that we charge miles to he said that was fine.
