They fail to stand by their workThey completed a roof repair in and the roof has leaked for extended period of time as it was not done correct
While BKA they were contracted to replace my roof which they did at beginning of Recently while cleaning out a crawl space closest which had several boxes in storage, we discovered hidden water damage which is quite extensiveWhen I contacted them they inspected the roof but immediately began to state the roof was out of warranty by seven monthsThe consensus of several construction organizations and now two professional roofers is that their original work was not done properly which resulted in a leak at a valley in the roofBecause the water leaked into a rarely used closest which contained several boxes we did not discover the leak until recentlyThey never denied that the roof was not done properly originally and instead have only stated the roof is out of warrantyHow can you submit a warranty claim on something you don't know about and can't see? Clearly this organization does not stand by its work and the consensus is did inferior workThis has resulted in extensive interior damageI had to call the local office manager who said he was not authorized to do anything for me and would have someone call meOf course they never called me backIf you like an organization that does poor work and then does everything it can to deny responsibility such that you have to have the work re-done - these are you guysI will never do business with them again and don't recommend anyone use them
