This is the worst experience that my family and I have went through with this company. They "lost" some of the most valuable pieces of family heritage after a fire. They do not take care of your items and their response is "insurance will pay". There is absolutely no respect for personal family valuables. I would never let this company back near family's valuables. They promised everything removed would be brought back, but they failed to meet that expectation for customers. Very sad you can't replace family valuables with some monetary value. This company should meet the customer expectation and locate the missing valuables.

I utilized this company in the month of August and into September. The project manager Shea was impeccable. He was on time, flexible and understanding on the client's needs. Shea, as I recall, is a manager within the mediation and mold removal. This process went seemless. We were then assigned a project manager for reconstruction, which I will not name, and he was less than adequate. He fell out of touch one week and said he was sick, which we waved it off because things happen. To this date, we still have a stained couch, because the company's workers got paint on it and one of vendors they brought in to redo some carpeting broke some dishware as well. The project manager agreed that the vendor did admit to this and has yet to do anything about it. The project was a success and the reconstruction workers even fixed our doorbell, which did not work in the first place. I would give this company as a whole a 5 star rating out the door any day of the week. It is sad that one man, a manager, can cause such a distaste for a company in the future.
